A: We are a manufacturer. We have lamination, printing, die-cutting, and molding capabilities, the raw materials are sourced from paper mills FSC-certified. We own two self-built factories, and we also have a long-term partnership with a factory, in which we hold shares.
Q2. What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
A: 1. What is paper cup top diameter, bottom diameter, height or how many ounces?
2. How many colors does your logo have?
3. What is the quantity of your order?
4. What is the weight of the paper in grams?
5. What kind of price do you want, EXW, FOB, CIF or others? If CIF, please inform your destination port.
6. If it is possible, please provide with pictures or design sketch for checking. Samples will be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for your reference.
Q3. What is aqueous lining?
A: Aqueous lining is a type of lining that is water-based and it contains no plastic. And it can also bring the same waterproofing and oil-proofing effect as PE or PLA lining.
Q4. Can I have a sample for aqueous lining paper coffee cup?
A: Of course, we can provide white samples or exsiting samples for free, you only need to pay the shipping fee. If you need to customize samples, you will need to pay both the sampling fee and the shipping fee.
Q5. What are the advantages of aqueous lining?
A: Aqueous lining is a water based lining,it can been used in the printing industry. As a food-safe version of coating, the food packaging industry has started to adapt it and it has been proved to be the best alternative to PE or PLA lining.
Paper products with aqueous lining can break down cleanly and don’t need any special treatment in order to truly decompose (unlike PLA based bioplastic). They can also be thrown out into the recycling bin, and after recycling they are able to re-pulp without danger of contaminating.
The worst scenario, such as people becoming lazy and accidentally throwing paper products into the ocean, these aqueous coated products can still break down at the same rate.
